Defeat the Attack on America's Patent System

HR 1429 empowers multi-national corporations & foreign competitors at the expense of American Inventors and the prosperity of our country

Call on members of Congress to oppose HR 1249, the so-called "America Invents Act" bill.

This legislation is unconstitutional.  In the name of harmonizing our patent system with international standards, we drastically weaken the legal protections offered by our own patent system.  This bill will permit multi-national corporations and foreign governments to steal the creative genius of American inventors. Chinese and other tech thieves will use our innovation to transfer American jobs overseas and destroy our industrial base.

Call on our members of Congress NOW to stop this dramatic ripoff of American inventors and this attack on our country’s prosperity.

We dont need Chinese or any other foreign country to take our jobs there are too many of unemployed as it is. We need American Jobs. Too many have already gone oversees and we want American not oversees. Please dont send any more jobs oversees. We need jobs back here at home in the United States! We have given foriegn countries way too much and what have they given us? Wel they have given us High Unemployed rates and homeless and some looking to be homeless soon if jobs dont come available. Look at how many people are living under bridges now we have alot of bridges but hey I dont think we have enough to give cover to all the unemployed and homeless. We need to concentrate on taking care of our own not oversees.

Please keep our inventions and inventors in America. We do not need to become a one world order.

This looks like an end run around the constitution given what the supreme court just re-affirmed. It also looks mostly like a pay off to big businesses. Respected our countries founding documents, respect the values that have made us great. Awarding pattens based on first to file NOT the proven inventor is just another path down the road to hell.

As a Silicon Valley inventor with 19 issued US patents, I really am disturbed by this legislation. We need to reward small business innovators - not multi-national corporations with our patent system.
